City of Lansing Website Usability Survey 2019
To gain insights regarding who is using the City of Lansing website, and how they are using it, I created a SurveyMonkey survey. I created a website banner to serve as a link to the survey. The banner was then uploaded to the home page of the City of Lansing 's home page banner carousel using the content management system in place.
